Team-U is a social impact company that supports entrepreneurs in difficult economic situations. Small businesses and sole traders in particular, who often face a crisis unprepared, receive expert advice and practical help. The aim is to rescue parts of the business and enable a fresh start.

Team-U supports entrepreneurs before, during and after a crisis or insolvency, offering tailored solutions to avoid insolvency or mitigate its consequences. In particularly critical cases, advice is also provided free of charge; as a rule, an appropriate fee is agreed.

With more than 100,000 insolvencies a year in Germany, Team-U makes an important contribution to reducing the number of cases and preserving businesses and jobs. It also helps overcome the social stigma of insolvency and gives entrepreneurs a genuine second chance.
